This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchase transactions made on the BuildNectic Keepsake Studio platform, accessible at buildnectic.com and all associated subdomains and applications operated under the BuildNectic brand. By completing a purchase on the BuildNectic platform, you unconditionally acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by its terms. BuildNectic operates an absolute no-refund, no-cancellation policy with respect to all digital products and services offered on the platform. This Policy is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the BuildNectic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Overview
BuildNectic Keepsake Studio provides exclusively digital products and services. All templates, keepsake experiences, surprise pages, interactive greeting experiences, personalization tools, and associated digital products sold through the BuildNectic platform are intangible digital goods delivered electronically. The platform is designed and intended to function as a temporary digital gifting and surprise tool, not as a permanent storage service, long-term content archive, or perpetual hosting solution of any kind.
Given the digital and immediately delivered nature of all BuildNectic products, the Company operates an absolute, universal, and unconditional no-refund and no-cancellation policy. This policy applies to every transaction, every product, every user, and every circumstance without exception. The existence of a complaint, dissatisfaction, technical difficulty, pricing change, user error, or any other event does not create any right to a refund, credit, price adjustment, or any other form of monetary or non-monetary compensation. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily agreed to this policy and that you understand the digital, non-returnable nature of the product you are acquiring.
Digital Product Nature and Delivery
BuildNectic’s products and services are exclusively digital in nature. No physical goods, printed materials, tangible items, hardware, or physical media of any kind are delivered as part of any BuildNectic transaction. All digital products are provisioned, rendered, and delivered electronically through the internet. The delivery of a BuildNectic digital product is considered complete at the moment a successful payment is recorded by BuildNectic’s payment processor and the corresponding Maker link is dispatched to the registered email address provided by the purchaser at checkout.
At the moment of dispatch, the platform infrastructure — including template rendering systems, animation and canvas engines, interactive experience components, media hosting systems, content delivery networks, and Maker tool access controls — has been engaged and provisioned specifically for the purchaser’s transaction. This engagement of platform resources occurs regardless of whether the purchaser subsequently opens the Maker link, uses the Maker tool, completes a personalization submission, shares the resulting keepsake experience, or receives any response from the experience recipient. The commercial service has been delivered in full at the point of Maker link dispatch.
Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned, recalled, repossessed, or restored to an un-delivered state. This is the foundational commercial and technological basis for BuildNectic’s no-refund policy, and it is consistent with the standard practices of digital product and SaaS platforms globally.
No Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES MADE ON THE BUILDNECTIC PLATFORM ARE UNCONDITIONALLY, IRREVOCABLY, AND PERMANENTLY FINAL. BUILDNECTIC DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, PARTIAL REFUNDS, CREDIT NOTES, STORE CREDITS, SERVICE EXTENSIONS, COMPLIMENTARY REPLACEMENTS, VOUCHERS, CASHBACK, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF MONETARY OR NON-MONETARY COMPENSATION IN LIEU OF A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. THIS POLICY IS ABSOLUTE AND ADMITS OF NO EXCEPTIONS.
No refund shall be issued for any of the following circumstances, which are enumerated for illustrative purposes and do not constitute an exhaustive list: dissatisfaction with the visual design, animation style, typography, color scheme, interactive features, or overall aesthetic quality of a purchased template or experience; failure to use the Maker link after purchase for any reason, including forgetting, losing access to email, change of mind, or change of personal circumstances; entry of an incorrect, misspelled, inactive, or inaccessible email address at checkout resulting in non-delivery of the Maker link; change of mind at any point after the transaction is completed; the intended recipient choosing not to open, view, or interact with the keepsake experience link; device incompatibility, browser limitations, slow internet connection, or technical limitations on the purchaser’s own hardware or network; the emotional impact of the keepsake experience not achieving the desired interpersonal outcome; dissatisfaction with the personalized content that the purchaser themselves created through the Maker tool; a subsequent price reduction, discount, or free availability of a template after the time of purchase; expiration, removal, deletion, archival, or inaccessibility of a keepsake experience link for any reason; accidental duplicate purchase; or any other subjective, circumstantial, or technical reason not attributable to a verified platform-side malfunction.
Price changes — whether upward or downward — occurring after the moment of a completed purchase transaction do not retroactively affect that transaction and create absolutely no right to a price adjustment, partial refund, credit note, or any form of compensation. The price paid at the moment of the transaction is the final, binding, and non-negotiable price for that transaction. A template that is paid today may become free in the future, and a template that is free today may become paid; in neither case does any refund right arise from such a change for any previously completed transaction.
Similarly, the expiration or inaccessibility of a keepsake experience link — whether after the estimated availability window of eight (8) days for paid experiences, before that window, or at any other time — does not create any refund right. BuildNectic is a temporary digital gifting platform and explicitly does not provide guarantees of permanent, perpetual, or uninterrupted hosting for any duration.
No Cancellation Policy
Orders placed and payment transactions completed on the BuildNectic platform cannot be cancelled, paused, modified, reversed, or retracted under any circumstances once the payment has been successfully processed. There is no cancellation window, cooling-off period, right of withdrawal, or grace period applicable to BuildNectic’s digital products. The transaction is complete and binding from the moment of successful payment authorization, regardless of whether the purchaser subsequently uses the Maker link or completes the personalization process.
Requests to cancel an order received after payment processing — regardless of how promptly they are submitted — will not be honored. BuildNectic’s systems begin the process of provisioning and dispatching the Maker link immediately upon payment confirmation, and the platform resources required to fulfill the order are committed at that point. No cancellation request of any kind will be processed, acknowledged, or accommodated.
If you believe that you completed a purchase in error — for example, if you purchased the wrong template, if you believe you were charged in error, or if you believe an unauthorized transaction occurred — you must contact BuildNectic immediately through the official Telegram support channel with your complete transaction details. BuildNectic will investigate genuine reports of unauthorized transactions in good faith. However, investigation of a reported error does not constitute an acknowledgment of any refund or cancellation obligation, and BuildNectic’s findings and determination regarding the circumstances of the transaction will be final.
Incorrect Email — User Responsibility
The email address entered by the purchaser at the time of checkout is the sole and exclusive basis on which BuildNectic dispatches the Maker link and order confirmation. Providing a correct, active, and accessible email address at checkout is entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the purchaser. BuildNectic has no mechanism to verify whether an email address is valid, actively monitored, or accurately entered by the purchaser prior to dispatching fulfillment communications.
If the Maker link or order confirmation is not received because the purchaser provided an incorrect, misspelled, outdated, inactive, or inaccessible email address — whether due to a typographical error, an email address that has been deactivated, a shared or incorrect email account, or any other reason attributable to the purchaser — BuildNectic bears absolutely no responsibility for such non-delivery, and no refund, re-dispatch, or other remedy shall be provided as a result.
Purchasers are strongly advised to carefully verify the accuracy of their email address before confirming payment. If in doubt, the purchaser should cancel the transaction at the payment page before final confirmation and re-initiate the checkout process with the correct email address. Once payment is confirmed, no corrections to the registered email address can be made and no re-dispatch to a different email address will be provided.
Maker Link Delivery
Following successful payment, BuildNectic’s platform will automatically dispatch a unique Maker link to the purchaser’s registered email address. This dispatch typically occurs within a short period of payment confirmation, though actual delivery timing may vary depending on email service provider routing, spam filtering, promotional inbox sorting, and other factors outside BuildNectic’s direct control.
If a Maker link is not found in the purchaser’s primary inbox, the purchaser must first conduct a thorough review of all email folders, including spam, junk, promotions, updates, and other filtered categories. Transactional emails sent by digital platforms are frequently sorted into non-primary folders by email service providers, particularly for first-time recipients. Checking all available folders is an essential troubleshooting step before concluding that a delivery failure has occurred.
If, following a complete review of all mail folders, the purchaser remains confident that a Maker link was not received and that a correct email address was provided at checkout, the purchaser must contact BuildNectic through the official Telegram support channel within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction, providing the Order ID, full name, registered phone number, and the exact email address entered at checkout. BuildNectic will investigate and, if a genuine technical delivery failure is confirmed on the platform side, will make commercially reasonable efforts to re-dispatch the Maker link as a goodwill gesture. Such re-dispatch does not constitute an acknowledgment of any refund obligation.
Single-Use Maker Links
Each purchase of a BuildNectic digital product entitles the purchaser to exactly one (1) unique Maker link. Each Maker link is designed for single use only. Once the purchaser submits a completed personalization through the Maker tool — including all photographs, messages, recipient details, and other customization inputs — the Maker link is permanently and irreversibly deactivated. The personalized keepsake experience link is then generated and made ready for sharing with the intended recipient.
The single-use nature of Maker links is a fundamental design feature of the BuildNectic platform. Before submitting through the Maker tool, purchasers are strongly advised to carefully review all entered information, uploaded photographs, written messages, recipient name and sender name, audio selections, and all other personalization elements. Once the Maker form is submitted, the content is finalized and cannot be edited, revised, corrected, or altered in any way. If a purchaser discovers an error in the personalized content after submission, a new purchase must be made to create a corrected experience.
No refund, replacement Maker link, re-opening of a deactivated Maker link, or other remedy will be provided in connection with a Maker link that has been used and deactivated, regardless of whether the resulting keepsake experience contains errors that the purchaser would like to correct. Purchasers are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content they submit through the Maker tool.
Technical Issue Handling
BuildNectic acknowledges that platform-side technical failures can occasionally occur. If a purchaser experiences what they believe to be a genuine technical problem that is directly attributable to a malfunction or error on BuildNectic’s platform — such as a confirmed payment deduction with no Maker link dispatched due to a verifiable system error, the Maker tool crashing irreparably during submission in a way that prevents completion despite correct content, or a clear and reproducible platform malfunction that prevents the purchaser from using the service — the purchaser must report the issue promptly through the official Telegram support channel.
To enable BuildNectic to investigate a technical issue, the support report must include the following: the full Order ID exactly as it appears in the payment confirmation received by the purchaser; the purchaser’s full name; the registered email address provided at checkout; the registered mobile phone number; a specific, factual, and detailed description of the technical problem encountered, including the exact steps that led to the issue; any error messages displayed on screen; screenshots or screen recordings documenting the issue where available; and the precise date and approximate time at which the issue occurred.
BuildNectic targets a response to complete and well-documented support submissions within forty-eight (48) hours, though actual response times may vary and are not guaranteed. BuildNectic will cross-reference the reported issue against platform access logs, payment processor records, email dispatch logs, and Maker tool session records. If a verifiable platform-side technical failure is confirmed, BuildNectic may, entirely at its sole discretion, provide a remedy such as re-dispatching the Maker link or resetting the Maker tool for a re-submission. The provision of such a remedy is a goodwill gesture only, and does not represent admission of a refund obligation or create a precedent for future cases.
Chargeback Abuse Policy
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, payment dispute, retrieval request, or any other dispute mechanism with a bank, card issuer, credit card network, payment service provider, UPI platform, or any financial intermediary — without first completing the official BuildNectic technical dispute process described in Section 8 of this Policy — constitutes a material violation of these Terms and this Policy. Unjustified chargebacks constitute a form of financial abuse against the platform and will be treated accordingly.
BuildNectic maintains comprehensive and irrefutable records of all transactions executed on the platform. These records include, without limitation: order creation timestamps; payment authorization confirmations from Cashfree Payments; Maker link generation and dispatch logs with timestamps; email delivery records; platform access and session logs associated with each Order ID; IP address and device information associated with checkout sessions; and all customer support communications. In the event that a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, BuildNectic will compile and submit all available documentary evidence to the payment processor, card network, acquiring bank, and issuing bank to contest the dispute.
Where a chargeback is determined to be unjustified based on the platform records, BuildNectic reserves all rights available to it under applicable law, including the right to: permanently suspend or terminate the disputing user’s access to all BuildNectic services and platforms; flag and blacklist the email address, phone number, and payment instrument associated with the fraudulent dispute in BuildNectic’s internal risk management records; report fraudulent chargeback activity to payment processors, card networks, and fraud prevention databases as permitted by applicable law; and pursue all available civil legal remedies including claims for recovery of the disputed transaction amount, associated processing fees and penalties imposed by the payment processor as a result of the dispute, administrative costs, and reasonable legal fees incurred in contesting the chargeback.
Fraud Prevention Measures
BuildNectic actively monitors transaction patterns, order fulfillment records, and support interactions for indicators of fraudulent activity, including organized chargeback fraud, coordinated payment disputes, identity fraud, and other forms of financial abuse targeting the platform. The Company reserves the right to proactively flag, suspend, or terminate access for accounts that display patterns consistent with fraudulent activity, even before a chargeback or dispute is formally initiated.
BuildNectic cooperates fully with payment processors, banking institutions, card networks, and regulatory authorities in connection with fraud investigations. All transaction data, including personal information provided at checkout and session-level technical data, may be shared with relevant authorities and institutions to the extent required for fraud investigation, prevention, and prosecution. Users who engage in fraudulent behavior on the platform should be aware that BuildNectic maintains detailed records sufficient to support civil and criminal proceedings, and the Company will not hesitate to pursue all available legal remedies in appropriate cases.
Legitimate users who experience genuine issues with their purchases are encouraged to follow the support process described in Section 8 and Section 12 of this Policy. The chargeback mechanism provided by payment networks is intended as a last resort for unresolved disputes and is not a substitute for platform-level dispute resolution. Users who bypass the support process and proceed directly to chargebacks without a legitimate basis will be treated as having engaged in fraudulent conduct for the purposes of this Policy.
Exceptional Investigation Cases
While BuildNectic maintains an absolute no-refund policy in all circumstances, the Company does commit to investigating, in good faith and with due diligence, reports of the following specific categories of verifiable platform-side failures: (a) confirmed payment deduction by BuildNectic’s payment processor where the Order ID exists in the payment processor’s records but no corresponding Maker link was generated or dispatched by BuildNectic’s platform system; and (b) a documented, reproducible, and verified platform crash or system-level failure that prevented the Maker tool from accepting a submission despite the purchaser having correctly entered all required information.
For avoidance of doubt, the following are not considered verifiable platform-side failures warranting investigation under this section: user-entered incorrect email addresses; Maker link non-use by the purchaser for any reason; spam filtering of delivery emails by the purchaser’s email service provider; device or browser incompatibility on the purchaser’s side; dissatisfaction with the template or experience; any circumstance resulting from user error; or any situation where the Maker link was successfully dispatched to the correct email address but the purchaser claims not to have seen it despite having full access to that email account.
Investigation outcomes are determined entirely at BuildNectic’s sole discretion based on platform records. The possible outcomes of an investigation are limited to: re-dispatch of the Maker link; reset of the Maker tool to allow re-submission; or a determination that the issue is not attributable to a platform-side failure. Monetary refunds are not an available outcome under any investigation scenario.
Contacting Support
The official and primary support channel for all BuildNectic customer inquiries, technical issue reports, dispute notifications, and order-related communications is the official Telegram support account. Telegram is the preferred method of contact and will receive the most timely attention from the BuildNectic support team. BuildNectic targets a response to complete support submissions within forty-eight (48) hours, though actual response times may vary based on support volume, the complexity of the issue, time zones, operational capacity, and other factors. This response target is a good-faith operational guideline and not a legally enforceable guarantee of response within any specific timeframe.
All support submissions must include complete information to enable investigation. At minimum, support submissions must include: the full Order ID exactly as shown in the payment confirmation; the purchaser’s full name; the registered email address provided at checkout; the registered mobile phone number; and a clear, factual, and specific description of the issue being reported. Submissions that omit required information may not be processed until the missing information is provided, which may extend resolution timelines. Support requests that do not relate to a verifiable technical issue — including requests for refunds, cancellations, or adjustments for reasons addressed by this Policy — will be acknowledged but are subject to the no-refund and no-cancellation terms stated herein.
Policy Updates
BuildNectic reserves the right to revise, update, or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Revisions will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. BuildNectic may notify users of material changes through platform notifications or other communication channels at its discretion, but is not obligated to provide advance notice of Policy changes except where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the BuildNectic platform following any revision to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform. Transactions completed prior to the effective date of a Policy revision remain governed by the Policy in effect at the time of those transactions.
